1. General Clauses and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between 123myr ("Platform", "We") and the user ("You", "User") who registers or uses any service provided through the 123myr website.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the platform, You hereby confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Guidelines.

This document is written and governed in Malay. Should any conflict arise between another translation and this Malay version, the Malay version shall prevail.
